Well, it's been about 3 weeks since I arrived in Zaragoza, Spain, so an update seems to be in order.
It all started when me and my friends at school was informed that, the school is giving an opportunity to students to go to other countries for the practical education. It is a project by Eramus, and it is free, so we decided why not.
Now we were planning for more of us to travel but it ended being just me and my friend Nelly.
All the planning and preparations began in October if I remember correctly. All we did was send in a request and write some documents, and you have to take an English test, then we got the green light to go and had a few "sessions" with our teacher in charge to get information and such.
All in all, it was a very simple process.
We could choose from a fixed set of countries where we wanted to go and then they would try to get us there.
My three countries I wanted to go to was 1. England 2. Iceland 3. Norway. However, both Iceland and Norway were ruled out in the beginning so both Nelly and I chose England. After some time, it was decided that we were unable to go there so Germany was next. They were also unable so were we ended up was Spain, Zaragoza.
They said that usually it isn't supposed to be that hard, but we were just unlucky.
Now it was nearing the 16 of April the date which we were supposed to leave, so it was time for packing.
