Missing Barcelona so bad today. My summer went bu traveling all over Europe, and now it's time to stay home for a while and concentrate on life here in Finland. But missing the warmth and the sunshine so bad, take me baaaack!

Good morning new week! Missing Barcelona and the palm trees. I feel like the fall is slowly coming here in Finland, and it's time to start thinking about fall transition clothing, one of my fave times between summer and fall. Might also be because I have my birthday on Thursday haha. But even tho I got a lot of summery stuff from BCN, I also got a few pieces for the chillier weather. Have a feeling my fall color palette is basically gonna be about olive (&other hues of) green, beige, plum lilac etc. Got these freakin cool sneakers from Barcelona, did you notice how they got flames on the sole part?! Otherwise they sport a quite neutral color palette so easy to match with anything.
Had a lovely weekend, on Saturday I had a work day, and after that Noona came for a sleepover. Were supposed to go out at night, but ended up just chilling and talking on the couch haha. Woke up late and ate a goooodd brunch with eggs, fruits, croissants and everything you can imagine. Love love love a good-ass brunch and my bestie.
- Now it's time to get ready for today. Have an awesome week!
Hi there! What's up? As you have probably guessed by now, I got a new tattoo while in Barcelona. Ahaha mom was SHOOK haha. So, what's the story behind my third tattoo?
I hadn't planned on taking a new tattoo there. It was just that we were walking on the cool and hip are around Carrer dels Angels and we bumped into this tattoo shop called Two Anchors Tattoo. Amongst bigger tattoos they also did flash tattoos with walk-in without an appointment, and I know I never would have gotten myself to book an appointment (lazy life i know). So I just thought "what a cool place" walked in, talked about my idea of this text I had been thinking of with my tattoo artist Ivan (@zemsoner on Instagram) and soon we agreed that I'd be back on our last day. And that's what happened.
I was a bit nervous (but mostly excited) going there on Monday. My previous tattoos are both made with stick n' poke -method so I had never experienced the machine before. And the placing on the wrist was what I was most scared about, because I have very sensitive wrists and I was prepared for it to feel very disgusting even. And I gotta admit, it was a bit more painful than my previous ones, because of the veins on the other side and the bone on the other, but the tattooing itself took about 10mins and we had fun chatting with Ivan so it was all cool.
So as you can see on the picture above, I got the word CREATE tattooed on my left wrist. I knew I wanted that text, because it's so important for me to stay creative. Creativity is like my never-ending source of energy, whether it came to fashion styling, music, photography or how I decorate my home. It's in everything I do, and if I don't constantly create something new, I feel like it's driving me nuts. So, a big deal for me: to keep creating. And for the font, on the other hand, I got help from our airbnb roommates the night before haha. Ended up with a western-style font but it also looks kinda funky I think.
So, to sum it up: I love my new tattoo. Have u got some tattoos taken on a trip or with a cool story? Comment if you do, I'd looove to hear yours <3
