Yeah that's right ... it's all about meat... and not just any meat. Quality meat: from neck to tail, heart to liver. "Omakase" means small dishes and "köttslöjd" is Swedish for meat handcraft, and that's what you get. Small, elegant pieces, dishes. A lot of interesting flavors.
The service is great and it's obvious that they want you to have a great experience ... and since Omakase Köttslöjd is just a small place with room for 16 people tops, the staff have time to make sure you're enjoying your evening.
