To get enough micronutrients in your body during the day, means that you have to mix up your meals with differens kinds of colors and products. Whenever I don't feel like I've had enough nutrients during the day, I definitely will make my self a big and fresh salad bowl.
I will recommend you to put vegetables with all kinds of different colors in the bowl, like tomatoes, peppers, cucumber, avokado, carrots, beets, sweet potato, onion and brokkoli. Also, I love to put some fruits in my bowl like mango or strawberries. And don't forget your proteins! I like to get my proteins through chicken or beens fried in chilli, onion, garlic and spices.
Top your bowl with seeds like sesame seeds or pumpkin seeds.
And just like that, you have a salad bowl that will BOOST your immune system!
