      The perfect white skirt for fall

      I don't know why but for so long I have avoided white bottoms. Jeans, skirts or pants I just didn't like them, or more like I felt like I couldn't pull them off. But this year my brain has done a 360 flip and you can find off-white jeans, pants and a skirt from my closet. This midi skirt is from ginatricot and my current go-to piece. I bought it during summer to spice up my already such neutral closet. Who spices up their closet with white right? Well I do. Anyhow I have found myself reaching for it more now when the weather is getting colder. I guess it's just a perfect piece for cozy autumn looks. I like to match it up with my Dr. Martens and some cardigans or sweaters. As long as everything is nice and neutral right? Here I went for leather jacket, which has slowly creeped it's way back to my most worn pieces after years of just hanging in my closet. But well leather is making a come back this fall for real, isn't it? So no wonder why I find myself reaching out for it more too.


      Hope you guys have had a lovely start of autumn even though corona is still breathing in our necks. I am planning on getting back to blogging for real now, so see you soon!

      London through pictures

      Hello lovely people! It's been a while but here I am back, back again.

      I visited London, my favourite city for the second time this year. This time was little different because we actually spent time visiting the attractions such as Tower Bridge, London Eye, British Museum and St Paul's Cathedral. St Paul's Cathedral was definitely my favourite one, it was such an aesthetically beautiful place and the surroundings were full of cute photoshoot locations. It was so nice to just turn full tourist mode on and travel around the city in hop on hop off bus. So as you can guess I ended up taking bunch of pictures and here they are. Enjoy.

      APPLE CINNAMON OATMEAL PANCAKES

      When the month changed from August to September my fall mode immediately switched on. Now finally it is October, THE month of lovely colours, big sweaters and candles. Even though I love everything about autumn, for me one of the most important things is cinnamon. Yes cinnamon. I love cinnamon, and call me crazy all you want but I could spice anything with cinnamon. So right now besides drinking several cups of cinnamon tea I am kinda addicted to these cinnamon apple pancakes. I thought I could share the recipe because I want to believe there are other cinnamon lover out there. So here you go.

      Ingredients 

      • 2 small apples
      • 1dl all-purpose flour
      • 1 teaspoon baking powder
      • 1½dl oat milk (or any milk you desire)
      • 1 egg
      • 1-2dl gluten free oats (all-purpose and whole wheat oats work too)
      • Some cinnamon

      Method

      Start with chopping the apples. The smaller chops, the better. Then combine flour, oats, cinnamon and baking powder in a large bowl. Add egg and milk. Stir well but do not over mix. Add chopped apples and mix gently. When the batter is well combined, warm up the pan and pour small amount of the batter there. Use vegetable oil for cooking. Cook with a medium heat until the pancakes are lightly brown from both sides.

      You can serve the pancakes with bananas and maple syrup like I did. Berries and yoghurt or anything you desire will work just fine too.

      Note: If you are not a fan of apple you can switch it to blueberries or bananas. They all taste as delicious. Believe me I have tried.

      Okay so here is my current go-to breakfast/brunch recipe. I really was the happiest when I made these pancakes and enjoyed them while watching good old Disney movies. Few hours later the reality kicked in and I had to turn my studying mode back on, but oh well. Let me know if you give these pancakes a try!
