I have this crazy urge to do something with my hair. Cutting it is not an option, as I decided a couple of years ago to have long hair one last time.

I'm getting older and so is my hair. The quality is not what is was in my twenties.

My other half approved and I think I will give it a try next time I'm in Bangkok. So if anyone can recommend someone. Please, hook me up!

Digital nomad

The scariest part is to make the decision. Once it's done it's easy. Mostly because you need to follow trough. I made my decision on a boring nightshift, wrote my leaving notice and at the end of the shift I pressed "send". A wave of anxiety, butterflies, freedom, economical meltdown drowned me. But still crazy exited. I was finally about to start live the life I was given.

Of course, I understand that not everyone dream of a life on the run. I honestly didn't either. I loved having my own place. I realised that "I" are my home, as long as I have me. I'm home. My long life dream was to own my own time!

So I quite my job and became a digital nomad.

I sold everything I owned in my comfy life which was my car, furniture, my personal belongings even my clothes and shoes. All I got left was some books and summer clothes.

I packed my bag and bought a one way ticket to Thailand.

So where do you start?!

1. Join several digital nomad groups on Facebook.

2. Find a job.

3. Decide to take the leap.

4. Buy your ticket to anywhere.

5. Sell stuff, this way you have more money when starting your lifetime journey.

6. Do some research on living arrangements. airbnb.com & booking.com is a good start.

Now jump and let the universe decide for you!

I read somewhere that you need to write down and make your goals official to make sure you follow trough.

I've been thinking a lot about what I want in life and why I should wake up every morning. Except for the obvious. To have fun.

We live out on the country side up north in Thailand. This may seem odd, but this is actually my roots. My biological mother is Thai and my father is Swedish. Which make me a "lok kung" (half thai kid). Yes, I speak thai.

This is the house we're living in. I do have my own house just a few km from this place but due to bad circumstances with my biological mother we're not staying there. That's a story for a rainy day.

Today we're staying on my aunts property. It's quite big, a whole resort and this use to be the restaurant. Let's have a look around.

This was a tricky one. Who was a crush and who was a love. I remember having a really bad crush in 7th grade. I couldn't eat, sleep or behave like a normal person. In the end we kissed and our relationship lasted a whole week.

Then one day I met this boy, an asshole to put in perspective. It wasn't love at first sight but somehow we ended up together. We were a couple for six month, at this time he was locked up at a drug rehab. I guess that should have put me off. Anyway, he came out and we spent the night together for the first time and my beautiful rose was lost. The day after I went home and he never called back again. My friend called me and told me he wanted to break up and that they were a couple. I was 16, pregnant and heartbroken.

30 days challenge

Annie

That's what my parents decided to call me. My birth mother wanted me to be named Helga. Her motivation was that my cousins name is Hege, her fathers name is Helge and our surname at that time was Helgemo. Helga Helgemo. It really puts a ring to it. Doesn't it. I'm very grateful for my father who said "hell no.." The baby girl gonna have an international name and we're gonna call her Annie.

Thank you daddy!

Cat person

who have two puppies, Kimmie & Charlie and one foster puppy who's not named yet. I call her korven and sometimes Tjorven. I told my cousin who owns her about her new name. Since he is Thai the "R" is an issue. So the name thing is still unresolved.

1983

(MCMLXXXIII) was a common year starting on Saturday of the Gregorian calendar, the 983rd year of the 2nd millennium, the 83rd year of the 20th century, and the 4th year of the 1980s decade. The year 1983 saw both the official beginning of the Internet and the first mobile cellular telephone call. And then there was me.

Nomad

On the run, with the sun as my compass. In search for the X on the treasure map. Found some pretty good places along the way.

Virgo

1. Virgos take relationships seriously, which is why they usually stay in some longer than they probably should. 2. Virgos try to give people the benefit of the doubt when most of the time they don’t deserve it. 3. If they don’t really like you, some Virgos will avoid conversation, but still be polite & some will look past you like you don’t exist. 4. Virgos can sometimes come off harsh, but they always have… the best intentions. 5. Virgos are an interesting blend of introvert and extrovert. 6. Virgos have very high standards. 7. Virgo is a human lie detector. 8. Virgos in love will do pretty much anything for you. If they have it, you got it. 9. If you are lucky enough to gain the affections of a Virgo, trust that they will be loyal and loving. 10. Virgos pick up on the little things that most people miss. 11. Once a Virgo clams up, it takes forever for them to open back up. 12. Virgos often feel under appreciated. 13. A Virgo may play dumb at times, but they always know whats going on. 14. Virgos are the friend that will go the extra mile when needed. 15. If a Virgo is hard to get along with… They probably just don’t want to get along with you. 16. Virgo minds never stop thinking, they are always over analyzing & worrying. 17. Don’t underestimate a Virgo. They will rise at the least expected moment. 18. Virgos loves to cuddle. 19. Virgos are talented in whatever they do but if they don’t love it, they won’t do it. 20. Virgos can let too many things annoy them. Try your best to block it out.

In love

with myself. But other from that I do share this incredible life with a person.

Here's the thing. I'm not waiting for a hero. I saved myself long ago. I don't need someone to complete me. I am whole alone.

I just want a weirdo to go on adventures with. Someone who will dance with me, kiss me when I least expect it and make me laugh.

That's him.
