Since we posted last time, a lot has happened!
All the teams, including ours, have presented their project and their results in front of the jury and all of the other participants. This was really interesting! It was cool to see what the other teams did for their secondary mission, as well as get to know what problems they faced and how they fixed them!
Our presentation went pretty good I think, the judges seemed to be happy with the facts we presented and we got the other teams to laugh a bit, that was really fun! We have realized that we during all of our presentations are pretty "chill". We don't stress too much and we are honest with what we know and what we don't know, I really think the judges liked that about our team.
Unfortunately, we didn't come in the top three. That wasn't even expected, so we aren't sad or anything. The top three teams really deserved their awards! Our biggest congratulations to the Irish team, Taistealai, for doing such amazing work that you ended up in first place!
All of the participating teams got a little Paxi, ESA's mascot!
So, now everything has come to an end. Six months of hard work really payed of! Tomorrow, we have a leisure day before leaving Santa Maria for Lisbon. These past couple of days has been really fun and we've learnt a lot! New friendships with people from all over Europe (and Japan) has formed and this is something we'll never forget.
Thanks to everyone who have read our blog! Thanks to you, our blog almost has 9000 reads, which is absolutely amazing! Thanks a lot!
Take care until the next time!
