Flying Home

When in Dublin

When we stay in Dublin usually we stay with friends in a town called Dún Laoghaire which is right by the coast. If not, Haddington is a perfect little guest just opposite the pier - PERFECT for a beautiful walk.

Sandycove is a small town beside Dún Loaghaire where we usually stay in. Hatch is a small cafe where they sell the best coffee :)

Beautiful walks along it.

Where to eat

Not far from Dún Loaghaire is Monkstown. Here, is one of my absolute favourite restaurants. It is a must for me to go their every time in Dublin. The restaurant is called Salt and its part of a shop right beside is called Avoca. Avoca is a wonderful shop to delicious food to buy.

Their scallops are my favourite.

Cork, Ireland

I never fly home without driving down to the south to county Cork which, is where my family lives. I have been coming here especially every year since I was little. My love for Dublin came much later.

Cork has beautiful walk ways. My favourite has to be in an area called Ballycotton.
