So, I have been really absent the last month or so... a lot have happened, during this time.
I have moved to another apartment (like five minutes walk distance from my gym - to good to be true!)
- but that also included a no-WiFi life for over two weeks (!) turned out people are retarded... should not be surprised anymore.
But that is all good now, so yay!
I have also struggled a bit with my studies. Haha it was a long time ago since I felt this stupid. But yeah, I am getting more and more into it, so it will be fine.
So basically, my life has been a little upside down lately, but it has had its great moments as well.
I have had the pleasure to been around people that I really appreciate. People that I enjoy spending time with.
We have mostly been working out together, talked a bit - best kind of hanging out in my opinion!
I have seen some GOOD RESULTS from my training (I mean LOOK AT MY SHOULDERS! - they are really getting there).
And yeah, a lot of good things have been around the last couple of weeks (one more major thing that I will reveal latter on... so stay tuned)
Oh and, yeah, I have also turned 25! So slowly, but surely I am closing in on my mental age #oldladyontheinside
But then, again, I have really been struggling with my diet.
My body just simply did NOT respond well to it.
This is something that I am planning on talk a bit more about, really go deep into it.
Since it is of such great importance.
This has also resulted in that I have dropped out of my diet plan.
I have informed my coach that I am going to take care of my food intake all by myself the nearest future.
With the biggest focus on regaining some kind of balance, and achieve a healthy mindset once again!
