How would you feel about pausing everything for a while and think? Then I mean to actually really think, not just let the thought cross your mind. Think, feel, reflect and get to know your inner self. I have now spent a year working on myself and learning about personal growth. Doing this has helped me in so many ways I didn't think was possible, you could say it saved me - the ME I want to be and am becoming.
