My favourite breakfast: Açaí Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients for 2 persons:

1-1/4 cups milk of your choice (I prefer almond milk)
1/4 cup açaí powder
2 cups sliced, frozen strawberries
2 sliced, frozen bananas
2 Tablespoons nut or seed butter (I prefer almond butter)
2 Tablespoons honey, more to taste

Possible Garnishes:
fresh strawberries, kiwi fruit, blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, mango, pineapple, sliced almonds, walnuts, chia seeds, hemp seeds, flax seeds, cacao nibs, bee pollen, goji berries and feel free to drizzle with more honey.

How to make it:

Add all ingredients to the bowl of a blender and blend until smooth. Add extra milk in small increments if necessary (it is supposed to be very thick like frozen yogurt). You might need a rubber spatula to move fruit around at the bottom of the blender.
Spoon the mixture into two bowls and top with a layer of your favorite granola and toppings.

My absolute favourite brow makeup products is the long last brows in the color soft brown by 100percentpure. And to apply it I'll use the eyebrow brush from the same brand. And as an eyebrow gel I use castor oil which is also very very good for brow hair growth.

For my cheeks I'd like to use the maiden fern blushing balm by living libations. I'll just take a little bit of it and dub it on to my cheeks, especially on my cheekbones.

Eye makeup:
Now for my holy grail mascara I'll highly recommend the dr. Hauschka volume mascara because it gives you a very natural look and no clumps. And then for eyeshadow I really like the Fruit Pigmented Pretty Naked Palette also by 100percentpure. It's also very good for making natural looks

For my lips I love red apple lipstick's lip liners. They give your lips that matte coloured look. And I also really like their lipsticks. Another good brand is Burt's bees. I really like their tinted lip balms.

6 steps to healthy hair

1. Use a wooden hair brush. A wooden hair brush is very gentle to the hair and your scalp. It also brings a lot of circulation to the scalp witch promotes healthy hair growth.

2. Use a natural shampoo and conditioner. Find one that doesn't contains sulfate, salt or things like that. Cause these products will strip your hair for all of its moisture and that's not good.

3. Oil your hair. Oiling your hair is one of the best ways to get healthy hair naturally. I will personally recommend coconut oil, jojoba oil rosemary oil and castor oil. And when you are oillig you can also give yourself a scalp massage!!!! ❤️

4. Do not wash your hair too often. If you do that you will strip all of your hairs natural oils out and they will produce more. So it's just a bad circle. I will recommend to wash your hair 1-2 times a week.

5. Cut your hair regularly. If you cut your split ends every month you will always have healthy hair. And then get a "real" haircut every 3-5 month.

6. Stop using heat tools on your hair. Cause hot tools burns the life out of the hair and causes breakage and damage. And this is a very important part of getting healthy hair. Trust me, if you stop now you will see a HUGE improvement in your hair.
