Hey, hey to all of you, guys! The question for today is what would be the best thing to talk about while your kids are having their nap and you are suffering from the wild hangover trying to be concentrated on important stuff? Right, let's talk about having a bath.
Yesterday was Sunday* and it was absolutely great for 2 reasons, the 1 is we had super fun going out with my husband (actually for the first time in a long-long period). And the second reason, Tom Odell was performing in Moscow last night. Did you catch the idea? That was flipping amazing.
*yes, you’re right, yesterday was Tuesday, but when I was writing it, it was Monday. And I simply fucked up with posting it to a day. So, here we go with some bath related thoughts in the middle of the week. I really hope you don’t mind, xxx.
Guys, the more I live the more ways to relax, pamper or turn myself a bit off I try. Some options work fine, some does not really work for me, some of them are quite good but too expensive etc.
Recently I’ve (re)discovered an oldie but goodie bath. It’s winter and it’s cold outside and maybe that’s why once I have found myself exploring on the Internet this topic. I’m talking about ‘studying’ because it’s really important to learn more about it beforehand. The best way might be getting some proper doctor consultation.
The sad truth is hot bath can be dangerous. Depending on many factors like blood pressure, for ex., it can make you feel recharged and relaxed the same as cause really bad headache or something. Please, please, please always keep it in mind and take care.
As far as remember myself I’ve always been a quick shower gal. It’s quick and it does the job. Having a bath seemed to be boring, too hot, too long and so on. But now it becomes a real nighttime treat for me. After a long and loud day, I turn off the electric light, light on some candles, add a bit of salt or several drops of oil, I can even put on some nice and calm music. You are free to develop your bathtime routine based on your needs and current mood. Just think about things which make you feel better. Reading a book, or watching Youtube, it can be anything!
In the end, one more lifehack, the best way to use the body or face oil which you were not really happy with is to put a couple of drops of it into the water. I swear it will work beautifully. Hashtag Responsible Consumption.
Hello hello! Did you enjoy your weekends? I did. It was great to spend some quality time with my family, food and Peaky Blinders.
So, today a bit tricky topic, which is quite actual and many people have already touched it. It would not be a great discovery if I say that Social Media is a huge and essential part of our lives and every day it is fooling us. By means of all these filters and Facetune manipulations, we deceive other people and we are deluded by others.
Is it bad? My personal opinion is there simply could not be any black or white answer. Only if we are not talking about kids, I strongly believe that social media games are not for them. Returning to grownups, there is no any drama I guess, that’s just how we (humans) tend to do things.
“We can be heroes just for one day” or “Everybody will be famous for fifteen minutes” that's how I feel about it. Basically, on our social platforms, we create a life which we would like to live in. Everyone is an owner of his personal universe, with its rules and special vision of beauty. That sounds good, doesn’t it?
Then, of course, there are some negative sides. Like in every other aspect of human business, everybody. For example, if in a grocery shop you look too happy or too beautiful it can make someone, let’s assume that he or she has kind of bad hair day, feel sad or a bit down or something.
I have a rule. When I’m in a very bad mood I simply do not go to social media. Because it really can make everything worse; it can make something better as well, but I’ve decided not to gamble with that. That’s not a 100% working rule, simply because based on that logic I should not go to the grocery store or everywhere else when I’m a hormonal witch…Are you feeling the drama, yet?
Coming back to filters, I have a rule (one more for today)) it should be either the strongest filter to make its existence evident or without any. Lately, I have a tendency to explain everything by hormones… haha. But keeping up with the conception of today’s conversation I’d answer that I do not want to mislead anyone. Even though I do not speak under every post about how good the Facetune did the job against the pimples on my forehead or folds on my neck.
I would also like to create my dreamy life with lack of sleep, lots of sweets and "ideal" skin. Thanks for understanding.
