It is rather common thing to preparelists of resolutions for an upcoming year. But, let's look at it from a slightly different angle. My main question is do we really need to wait till a new year begins to start doing something good for our body and soul?
Of course it sounds cool, when you say, I've started to be a vegan since the 1st of january, or began running since the 1st day of the year, etc, etc,
But, for me it looks like procrastination, don't you think? If you want something to be changed in your life, change it as soon as you understand what exactly should be done, there is no need to wait untill a New Year begins (or another really good day).
If you're still waiting for The Moment. it is already here. There is no more need to wait and waste your time to make a step forward to a life you want to live.
