Late night adventure with Baby N

I spent all day yesterday out in the sun and it was a day well spent with lovely people. Me & Nate went out for lunch with my friend Julie & her boyfriend to a cozy place at Östermalm. I'm so happy that Nate is such a happy baby and that he loves going out with me and especially that he's so easy to bring along! It makes such a big difference when you don't have to worry about if he's going to be in a bad mood or cry throughout the whole lunch haha. So let's hope it stays this way!

After lunch we went for a walk and strolled around in some stores looking for cute baby clothes and summer pieces for us. It's so nice to be out with friends who can help carry around Nathaniel or push the stroller around. Feels almost like me-time that way!

After spending the whole day out in the sun we went home to have a taco dinner with my husband. Then just when I was about to put on my pyjamas and watch a movie one of Thomas' friends called us so we went out on a little evening adventure the whole family.

I was a bit nervous to bring Nate out so late and especially to a terrace but it was actually super cozy! The moment we walked in I immediately spotted two other babies with their parents there and Nate actually seemed to love being there with us and wouldn't stop looking around with a happy smile on his face. And he didn't seem to mind the pretty loud music at all - in fact he just seemed to like it if anything! So parents, if you're wondering if you can take your baby with you for a late night meet up with a friend I say go for it! Just choose a cozy place. And also I have a very strong opinion when it comes to alcohol and kids and I think parents never should drink when they have their kids with them.

This morning I was so tired that Thomas got to take Nate to his BVC check alone haha. This mom needed to sleep in and apparently Nate needed that as well because when they came home around 10 he fell asleep again so we didn't leave the bed until 12PM oops. :)

Now I just came home from a powerwalk and I'm actually starting to feel quite ready to maybe start working out a bit?! My scar still hurts sometimes but not when I'm out for a walk or bend down etc. I know I'm not allowed to go to the gym quite yet but maybe I can start going on more powerwalks to warm up for when I'm able to start working out for real again haha. Although, I'm not really a big fan of working out but I like getting some exercise every now and then to feel strong etc!
