A couple of days ago I wrote about how I've started eating these baked chocolate cookies to gain weight. Now I've also started adding a scoop soy protein/vegan BCAA powder to my morning porridge. I've never been a big fan of protein shakes, so instead I put unflavoured protein powder in my porridge/smoothie/yoghurt.
Some of you asked how many calories I'm eating to gain weight, but I don't want to talk about calories on my blog at all since everyone's needs are different. And for me, getting over the calorie obsession was one of the hardest steps in my recovery. I haven't counted calories in 3 months and I'm planning to keep it this way. You have to listen to your body and to what it needs instead of obsessing over numbers. Because the numbers really ARE unimportant. It's just about what your body needs.
