I am so exited because I have now started to workout for real this time because I really need to lose some weight because I have gained so much weight because if this pandemic. So I was surfing on YouTube a little and I accidentally came up on Kim Kardashians workout videos from 2008? I think it was from that year, Something like that, I don’t remember but omg I get a little nostalgic here.

I remember that I did find it many years ago but I never tried it but now when I actually did watch it from the beginning to the end. I must say there is really some good workout moves in these videos. I am impressed. Back then when I heard that Kim had done a workout video I couldn’t take that seriously because back then I saw her more as a girl who was “to good” to workout. That she was above that. Like “training? Workouts? Me? No I am to good for that...eww.”

Anyway back to the videos. I did try all three of them last night, I am must say MY GOD! I am so not fit. So I have decided to this workout routine every day and see what kind of results I get. Let’s see if it works. I have also started with the diet called LCHF. I have tried that diet before I got amazing results so I am going to try it again but this time I am going to workout more. So let’s see if I can fit in my jeans by Friday haha, no it won’t go that fast but hopefully I will fit in my dream jeans in....a while. But let’s se what will happen. I am very exited!
