Fenty Glossy Posse Set

The obsession continues. This was one of Fenty's 2020 Holidays sets and I held off buying it (as I had it on my Christmas wish list) and ended up snagging it in the January sales. I'm so glad I was able to get my hands on it! As of writing this post, this set is still available on Boots, so if you're interested, run don't walk!

I really like mini products, as I don't feel like I'm committing to something the same way as when I purchase something thats full size. With minis, I'm able to have many more different shades and types of products, while still feeling able to get a lot of use out of the product before it goes bad. With these glosses I know I won't have any issues in finishing them as I went through 3 full size Fenty glosses last year. Oops.

Shades

Baby Brut is a pale peach nude with flecks of shimmer. It's a on the sheerer side and had a gel like texture. This gloss reminds me a bit of Sweet Mouth, however Baby Brut is a bit more pigmented and shimmery.

Taffy Tease is a coral with some pink undertones.

Cake Shake is a shimmery warm brown with some rosy undertones. It's a touch more brown and a fair amount more shimmery than Fenty Glow.

Ruby Milk is a sheer magenta, with a very slight gold shimmer running through it when you look at it up close.

Formula

I won't go into too much detail here as I have multiple posts about the Fenty glosses but of course at this point it's no secret how much I love the Fenty Beauty Gloss Bomb formula. It's one of the few lip products that not only is very comfortable but also highly moisturising on my very sensitive lips. I even go as far as considering these to be like lip balms! It is by far the nicest lip product I have ever tried.

These have the same lovely scent to them also which is also a bonus.

Final Thoughts

I was really happy I managed to snag this holiday set! I love all the shades and I'm sure they would be flattering on all skin tones. At the time you're reading this I'm unsure if it will still available be to purchase, but hopefully Fenty will release full sizes of these shades. It's no surprise that I absolutely love these glosses and of course I recommend picking up these shades if you're able to!

Thanks for reading!
