What is your favorite song? This changes all the time. I listen to tons of different genres but mostly rock, 80s, reggaeton, r'n'b and classical. Right now I got Trust in you by Lauren Daigle on repeat!

Favorite game? Any kind of board game basically but especially trivia games!
What do you hate the most? Animal abuse, bullying of children and online trolls.
What is on your bucket list? Lots of things! Top of the list is buying back my childhood home. I would also like to have a farm and rescue animals.
What s your favorite food? Homecooked swedish food. There is nothing better!
What do you do if you are homesick? I am homesick quite a lot these days and when I am I watch swedish TV and cook swedish food. I go to IKEA to buy swedish food (just realized there is some on Amazon as well) and I get swedish candy at Bon Bon on the lower east side. My mom and I facetime about 6 times/day so that helps a bit. I miss our dogs more than anything!
3 personality traits you are proud of? I am not selfish, I never put my self first. I am very generous and i LOVE to give. I never judge people and I HATE when other people are judgemental. I easily forgive and I never hold grudges.
What is your dream job? I can actually say that I already have it. With a big passion for food and drinks this is the perfect career. I am very social and love being around people !
We have a contest at work who can carve the best pumpkin themed with our tequila. I will share ours later today! The prize is a $300 giftcard to any restaurant in NYC.
I see my family no more than 2-3 times/year so those moments mean a lot to me. Especially now when I am very homesick and miss my family, hometown and culture extra much! My mom and my godmother arrived Sunday and stayed for 5 days. Here are some things we have been up to!
I welcomed them with spiked hot apple cider, cheese plate, Amarone wine and a big dinner.
For main course I made my swedish forrest stew, evgerybody loves it!
Monday we went to Chelsea Market and shopped around. We took a break and enjoyed a glass of wine with some smoked salmon.
After Chelsea Market I took the girls for lunch at Mandrian Oriental in Columbus Circle.My mom would never treat herself to nice restaurants back home so I try to spoil her to fine dining when she is here. It is expensive but so worth it to give mom an experience and memory!
I can seriously say that this was the best chicken I have had in a very long time. The mashed potatoes was golden!
I also treated my mom to a new winter coat! I have the same one in grey:-)
One nigvht we had a movie night in our basement. We saw "The Green Book", "The Butler", "A Star Is Born" and "Bodyguard" Mom cried non stop lol

Last night of their trip I took them to Del Posto, this is one of the absolute best fine dining restaurants in NYC, maybe in the entire country acctually!
To the dessert we had ice wine. It was soooo good!
