PAD THAI

Delicious stir fry with noodles, prawns, chicken, egg, garlic, chili and roasted peanuts..


YOU NEED THIS: 


1 CHICKEN FILLET
PRAWNS
SPRING ONION OR LEEK
MINI CORN
SUGAR SNAPS OR MANGE TOUT
2 CLOVES OF GARLIC
1 SMALL CHILI
1 HANDFUL OF ROASTED PEANUTS
2 EGGS
CORIANDER
RICE OR EGG NOODLES
SAUCE:
1 TABLESPOON SWEET CHILI SAUCE
1 TABLESPOON OYSTER SAUCE
1 TABLESPOON LIGHT SOYA SAUCE (KIKKOMAN)
1 TABLESPOON FISH SAUCE
1 TABLESPOON RICE VINEGAR
JUICE OF ONE LIME 


DO THIS: 


Boil the noodles for a few minutes until al dente

Clean the prawns. 

Chop the chicken fillet

Chop the vegetables 

Heat up a pan and add some oil. Fry the prawns 🦐 quick on both sides. Season with salt and lastly add some Crushed garlic. Take off the pan and leave on a plate .


In a separate pan, roast the chopped pea nuts.
Fry the chicken and add salt, garlic and pepper.


Add some more oil and add the chopped chili, garlic, mini corn and spring onion. Then add the prawns and chicken. Add the two eggs and stir. Add the noodles, the sauce and lastly the sugar snaps and peanuts. 


Serve immediately! 😋
