BEEF FILLET AND TRUFFLE PASTA

DELICIOUS PASTA DISH WITH FLAVORS FROM TRUFFLES AND MUSHROOMS. I USED A TRUFFLE PASTE THAT I GOT FROM MY FRIEND IN FRANCE, BUT IF YOU DONT HAVE A PASTE OR THE REAL THING 😉 YOU CAN USE TRUFFLE OIL AS WELL TO GET THE FLAVOUR OF TRUFFLE...

YOU NEED THIS

PASTA
BEEF FILLET
1 YELLOW ONION
2 CLOVES OF GARLIC
MUSHROOMS
250 ML CREAM
PARMESAN CHEESE
1 BEEF STOCK CUBE
40 G TRUFFLE/ 1 TABLESPOON TRUFFLE PASTE OR TRUFFLE OIL (amount really depends on the amount of flavor you'd like from the truffles )
SALT AND PEPPER
FRESH PARSLEY

DO THIS

Cook the pasta al dente
CHOP THE ONION AND THE GARLIC. Fry in some oil and butter together with the mushrooms (cut into big pieces)
Season with salt and pepper.
Add the cream, BEEF STOCK and the TRUFFLE seasoning
Let IT COME TO A BOIL.
fry a piece of beef FILLET on the side until medium rare and cut into thin pieces. Season with salt and pepper.
LASTLY ADD THE BEEF and then the pasta. Mix and add CHOPPED PARSLEY and PARMESAN CHEESE.
