I have try to be vegan, paleo based, cut out sugars but I wasn't happy. I wasn't feeling good and I felt like missing something.
I think that balance is the most important thing to have a piece of cake once or twice a week won't do any bad. I feel perfect now having cakes, treats or chocolate sometime when I feel like it. The most important thing is that you don't have it everyday but once in a while. Enjoy, life and be happy! Love you all❤️
