breathe

Breathe.
Don't forget to take a big deep breath amongst the daily stress.

Picking up kids, walking your pets, cooking meals, fold the laundry and schedule meetings and appointments, see your friends and family, have time to exercise and stay healthy, all while you need to take time for yourself to exist too.

But please, remember to take time to breathe a bit in between.
As I too need to learn this as life stresses on as time goes by.
