Hi guys! It's been forever since I've uploaded here! I have so many amazing ideas to share with you all. So, i'm always on youtube of course, that's where i get all of my ideas 99.9% of the time lol. I saw all of the beauty gurus trying the Indian Healing Clay for their acne. I wanted to try it because i've been struggling with hormonal acne recently. I'm going to tell you what all of the hype was and how to make it.
Steam your face beforehand, or let your pores open with a warm washcloth.
For a full face mask :
1 1/2 tbsp. Indian Healing Clay
1 tsp. apple cider vinegar
1 tsp. of water
**If you don't have apple cider vinegar, use a half of a tsp. of tea tree oil and the rest water!**
A mask for half of your face, all you'll do is cut the recipe in half.
I have to say, it did clear minor breakouts i had before. It definitely minimized my larger breakouts and pores (as the mask dries out your acne). After the mask, MOISTURIZE! Very important to hydrate after your face has been drying out for 20 minutes!! I recommend using something natural like coconut oil, olive oil, or rose hip seed oil.
Above is a picture of my skin after the mask, moisturized! With some tinted moisturizer.
Make sure you don't leave it on longer for 20 minutes because it's very uncomfortable you can't even move lol. Also it might not be the best for your skin.
Otherwise, this mask is super helpful for acne or stupid little breakouts! I love it. If you have any questions about it, don't hesitate to ask me!
