What a year it's has been! Probably one of my happiest years. When I moved to Australia I could never imagine to meet all these beautiful people I have got to know this year. Every single one of you has been a part of this year in your unique way. It has been a year of happiness, experiences and knowledge and I am so thankful for it.
Let's see what 2018 surprise us with and I couldn't be more curious about this year.

Well needed ME TIME today. Went early to Mt Coolum for morning hike, at the top I had my over night oats and a Celsius. I was sitting there for a long time just taking in all the beauty you see from the top (and all the mosquito bites). The rest of the day I spent on the beach (and on the buss...) tanning, swimming and reading Fredrik Eklunds amazing book. Take a day, do something you like and enjoy just being you, no one is judging and no one tells you what to do.

Nice simple smoothie in y hand:

-1/2 banana
- 2 table spoons Greek Yoghurt
- Mixed Berries
- 1/2 Scoop (20g) MacroMike Chocolate Peanut Protein
- 1 tea spoon honey

Enjoy xx

This lovely woman is my biggest role model. I can not explain my thankfulness to her in words as there are no words in the whole world that could even get close to describe how happy and lucky I am to call this woman my mother. I have learnt everything I know from her, I am who I am today, which I am very proud of, thanks to her - she is spectacular. It is so easy to take things for granted but we should never take people for granted. Embrace the people you have around you and let them know how special, wonderful and appreciated they are. Love to my caring family and to all my outstanding friends.

My absolute first home made protein balls and daaamn how good they turned out. Yes Im 25 years old and have never ever ever made protein balls and the reason of that is that I have been spending my whole life on making the perfect CHOCOLATE balls instead.. If you only knew.

If you want to try these out you may or may not put these ingredients in the baking bowl:

- Oats
- Protein Powder (MacroMike's chocolate peanutbutter)
- Cacao
- Cinnamon, Cardamon & Seasalt
- Sunflower Kernels (crossed)
- Peanut butter (can never be too much)
- Mashed banana
- Mixed Berries
- Honey
- Olive Oil
- Rolled in shredded coconut

No measurements used and I just took what I had at home for the moment.

Enjoy babes xx

In exactly one week the day will be here that I have been working so hard for!! Can't believe how fast time go and that it's almost time for my absolute first time on stage... Jesus, if I could describe the butterflies in my tummy... but I'm sure it will be great. It is and has always been the experience I have been looking for. And yes, it's been a great experience and TOTALLY worth it no matter what happens on the day. Made it this far and there is nothing in the whole world that could have been more challenging and exciting to do this here in Australia.

Exciting to meet all lovely ladies!

If you don't believe in yourself no one else will. Embrace yourself with positive thinking and encourage yourself to dare to try new things!!!

Go mini steps outside your comfortable zone and you will see how well you progress.

So, if no one noticed I have been super inactive here at the blog!
A big change has happened in my life, I made the decision to move to Australia! So now I'm living here in Sunshine Coast and studying Diploma of Sport Development! Which means that I will get the certification personal trainer after I'm done and so much more. The education is one year and we are already learning tons of important and interesting things! I would really recommend this program for anyone who wants to be a personal training because you get so much more than the regular pr education, this one is a whole year full of fun and important things!

I will post more pictures from my 4 months here in Aussie and more to go!! Great to be back!! 😍🏄🏼❤

So so nice to be back at the gym and the habit to cook almost every day. I figured that I need to cook pretty often and change meals often to be able to enjoy home cooked food for lunch. I really have a problem with heating food up, just taste really bad for me but by making only two boxes at the time makes it much easier for me. It doesn't feel old!

But please everyone! Don't microwave your food in the plastic lunch boxes, it's way better to put it on a plate. We don't need more chemicals in our body than we already have. 🙏🏻

So, back on my first body pump class today, really nice and really heavy!! But I guess after a few classes it will feel better. I'll actually go on the next Quarterly workshop education in Gothenburg and eventually start teaching classes again. I'm so excited!!

Yoga is the best way to end my day- makes me feel so much better after a long day of hard work. Out bodies are so amazing to be able to deal with everything we go through during a day- amazing!

Bed time here! Sleep tight folks 💤

Made some delicious thai food this night after my first try of coming back to body combat after my foot injury. It was difficult and especially all the jumping and kicking but at least one step closer to be back!

This red curry Thai food is so good, I actually used both chicken and tofu in this one! Usually I use qourn, which is a vegetarian option of chicken, but didn't have that at home today so I mixed chicken and some tofu with all the vegetables. It turn out to be really good! In area of only having rice I combined it with lentils which makes it a little bit more filling!

Ready for a work week with a very exciting weekend with one of my favorite visitors coming!!
