Chocolate hummus

Is it real? Yes!Does it taste good? Hell yes!Is it healthy? YES!No sugar? Nope!Is it vegan? YepAre you for real? Am I? Yes I am!How does it taste? Like pudding!
All those questions spinner around my head when I found out Chocolate hummus is a real thing! But I changed mine a bit! Here comes the recipe:
• 1 can organic chickpeas (you can also use beans but hey, it is hummus...)• 6-8 dates • 1 tablespoon coconut oil• A pinch of sea salt• 5 tablespoons raw cacao 
~ Mix everything until the hummus gets smooth. ~ I topped it with coconut flakes, frozen berries and Brazil nuts~ Enjoy!
• If you want a different taste you can mix som coffee in the hummus. It tastes like Swedish Chokladbollar

Lavender lemonade

2 lemons 1 l water3 tblsp honey1 drop lavender oil. Garnish: lavender flowers 
(1: don’t even try to mix in more than 1 drop lavender oil, it’s to strong and disgusting. 2: please use an organic oil)
Why do I drink this? Since it came to my knowledge about my Thyriod I try to stress less. I’ve learned my body signs. Stress makes me more tired, sick and I just don’t work if I stress to many days. Lavender makes me calm. When I don’t have time to take a long bath I make lemonade or tea. It can also soothe my migraines sometimes. It helps when it’s not to late. It also helps me, during warm, hot, working summer days like the ones we’ve had this summer. Lemon water and lemonade (with honey, not sugar) hydrates a lot.
