Last weekend I went on a little road trip with my mum and doggo! Basically we just drove to the south part of Sweden and we found this! It reminds me of Ireland in a way (Ireland is on my travel bucket list). This place is called Ales Stenar (Ales stones). It was full of tourists from Germany, Switzerland and France. I was so thankful that my body had the energy to take a road trip and I felt good. It was nice to breath in fresh ocean air. Real mindfulness!This is close to Ystad, a small town in south Sweden. Ystad is actually the first town we came to when my family and I first came to Sweden after the Yugoslavian war during the 90s. I remembered the harbour. In short words: This trip was good for my body, mind and soul.
