BACK & TRICEPS


Here's a #trainingschedule for back & triceps day at the gym. If you're having a hard time understanding the names of the exercises, just use GOOGLE 😚

Warm up:

Rowing, 5 minutes
Stretch the back and the tricep muscles
Knee push ups, 10 x 3

Main training:

Pull ups, max reps x 4
Bench press triceps extensions, 10 x 4
Bent over rows, 7 x 3
Lat pulldown, 10 x 4
Tricep extension bar; overhand grip, 10 x 2
Tricep extension bar; underhand grip, 10 x 2
Seated rows, 10 x 3
Tricep overhead extension, 10 x 3
