Hi sweeties! I'm still in my pyjamas and wearing a big knitted sweater, while drinking tea and listening to the rain outside. Well, and studying of course. But staying at home in comfy clothes, snacking and having time off is definitely the upside to exam preparations. However, I've gotten quite a lot of deliveries lately and I'd definitely fancy dressing up in the new things, doing my makeup (got lots for Christmas) and creating lots of blog post material. Anyway, that'll have to wait until next week when my exam is done. This is one of my new ins from Gooseberry Intimates. It's the "Honey Bee" body and you've probably also seen it all over Instagram. I can't wait to wear it under a white shirt, with high waisted black cigarette pants or under a blazer. This is the other piece that my sister got for me in Bali, and luckily the fit is perfect, it was a little tricky to photograph though. Now, I'm going to study some pharmacology and then I'll be off for a walk in the rain.
Hi sweeties! Today I slept in a bit, went up and studied. Now I'm just taking a small break and updating my blog. So happy to see that you guys are reading my blog again! Today I'm planning on going on a long walk in the gloomy January weather, studying pretty much all day, taking a hot bubble bath and then I'm hoping on getting some deliveries today. I accidentally did some sales shopping and now I'm definitely not allowed to do any more shopping for a while (except for on vacation). Tonight, we're babysitting our friends' cute little dog and my boyfriend is coming over for dinner, so it'll be a very cozy evening. I really feel like watching "Elf" tonight because I didn't in December and otherwise I'll have to wait 11 months until it's appropriate again. Well, enough about my day. A couple of months ago my little sister went to Bali and got me some lingerie from Gooseberry Intimates. I've wanted the Be Mine set (as well as a body - but I'll show you that in a later post) for ages and she brought it home with her in December. I really adore the set, the lace feels very luxurious and the fit is perfect. I guess you've all probably seen it on Instagram and it's actually as perfect in real life. I can't wait to style mine with a white shirt and black cigarette trousers for an editorial look or under a little black dress.
Hi sweeties! Sorry for not blogging in such a long time. I plan on updating December a bit, so it isn't completely empty. I've had a pretty rough end to 2018 but now that it's a new year I actually (surprisingly) feel a lot better and a lot more positive. I'm not going to elaborate what has happened and how I've felt because I want to leave the negative energy in 2018. One of my new year's resolutions is also to worry less and enjoy the presence. I love planning ahead and therefore live a lot in the future - if that makes sense. Anyway, I want to start the year with something appropriate - new year, new in! I have wanted a Burberry poncho for many years and when I saw this it was love at first sight. I adore the vintage style and the softness and thickness of the cashmere. I'm so in love with it and can't wait to wear it! I thinks it's very versatile and can be using during all seasons; cozy winter nights in with a cup of tea, long spring or autumn walks (when it's not too cold outside) and cool summer nights. It can also be used to dress up casual black winter outfits and over a white summer dress. Plus it can be folded forwards to resemble a huge scarf, which is perfect when I have to wear a jacket too (which is almost always the case in Scandinavia). What do you think? It's always lovely shopping in Burberry (didn't get any champagne this time though, my boyfriend even got a cashmere scarf in the same vintage check). Now, I'm going to edit lots pictures and update my blog.
