Good evening sweeties. It's been absolutely lovely weather in Copenhagen today. Really feels like the first day of spring - it was 17 degrees warm and sunny! I've been working, went for a walk and had ice cream in the sun, worked out, prepped dinner and now I'm eating fresh coconut and drinking tea. It occurred to me that it was a while since I updated my blog. Don't know why I've become so bad at updating every day. It's not like I'm not taking any pictures on a daily basis. We passed by these gorgeous crocus at Kastellet on our little walk. So pretty and cute! I'm actually off work for a few days now (hopefully not from blogging) because it's Easter. Do you have any plans?

When I woke up this morning, the weather was actually pretty nice so we decided to go out for breakfast. We got cinnamon rolls from Meyer's Bakery and I had a latte too. Then we went for a walk by the harbour and passed by these lovely crocus on our way back. So cute! I love when the spring flowers start to bloom. I don't have much plans for today; clean my apartment a bit, work out and then lumpfish roe for dinner. In other words, a perfect easy Sunday.

Hi sweeties, I hope you're all having a cosy weekend. It's pretty chilly in Copenhagen today, we went for a long walk to get some groceries and baked goods. Bought a meringue too and it's so good (the cocoa one from Bagt in case you're in Copenhagen). We're having moules tonight and lumpfish roe tomorrow evening. Love preparing food, particularly seafood. I also got these pretty branch roses, reminds me so much of good times with my BFF! It's been an incredibly long time since we had a girls night in Copenhagen. Miss it!
