I went to the gym when it was about 8 PM here in Sweden. For once, there were a lot of people there. It doesn't bother me at all.
I started ny workout by running for 20 minutes on the treadmill before I biked 11 km on the training cycle, it took me about 30 minutes.
After a tough workout at that part of the gym, I started part 2 of my workout. Machines with weights. Today was a stomach & back day and I can say that I can feel the workout in my body now.
I ended my workout at the gym with 10 min on the rowing machine.
I walked home from the gym with a smile.

PS: I know that I promised to post my recipe for my chiapudding, but I'll post it tomorrow instead due to other things that got in the way today. 😊
