Tough training schedule today!

Tonight's training was tough. Since I was so tired so I could sleep while standing I really had my doubts against going there.
Once I got there it actually felt OK.
I started my training with 30 minutes on the treadmill while Real Madrid played soccer.

Today I focused on the shoulders on some of the machines and completed the pass with 10 minutes of rowing.

It was just me and another one at the gym so it was calm and quiet the whole time.

After the gym I ate some fat free cottage cheese with cinnamon, pineapple and a couple of strawberries. It´s always good to take a light meal after a training session.

I have a rest-day from the gym tomorrow and here in Sweden we celebrate mothers day tomorrow. Looking forward to hanging out with my teenage sons. I'm excited to see what they got for me.
