Top 5 smoothies for a healthy lifestyle!

Healthy food

Hello dear readers!
Here comes another post as I promised.
My 5 best and most useful smoothies for breakfast!
I love smoothies and could have lived on just smoothies if it was possible. But you need to eat food with variety to feel good, otherwise you'll get tired and eat snacks etc between meals. And that's a big no no!

So back to my smoothies...
The first smoothie I recommend is strawberry and banana smoothie.
It consists of:
1 dl strawberries, fresh or frozen.
1 banana
1.5 dl natural yogurt
1-1.5 dl water
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon chia seeds Mix everything together, maybe have more water in it so you get the right consistency for you.
It's super good and filling thanks to the chia seeds.

The other smoothie I think you have to taste is a smoothie with chocolate and banana.
I really love chocolate and could have eaten it all the time, but it's not good for the figure.
A chocolate smoothie for breakfast or snack tastes so wonderful and you could always drink it on your cheat day.
In my smoothie I have:
1 banana
2 tablespoon of unsweetened cocoa
1.5 dl of natural yogurt
1,5 dl coconut drink
1 teaspoon of cinnamon Mix and drink ...

The third smoothie I love is a blueberries and rapberry smoothie and in my smoothie I have:
1 banana
1 dl blueberries
0,5 dl raspeberries
1,5dl natural yoghurt
1,5 dl coconut drink
Mix and enjoy!

My fourth smoothie tastes like a summer day on the beach, fresh and light. It's my pineapple and mango smoothie, it consists of:
1 banana
1.5 dl mango
1 dl pineapple in pieces 1.5 dl natural yogurt
1 dl water
Mix and pour in a glass!

The fifth and final smoothie is a smoothie that not everyone likes. It isn't as sweet as the other ones, but it's is so healthy! It's my green smoothie. I love this, it's fresh and you feel much more excited when you drink it. Give it a try, I promise that you'll like it.
In my smoothie I have:
1 banana
2 fennel spinach
1 pineapple in pieces
2 tablespoons of parsley
1 small piece of ginger
1 avocado
2 dl of water.
Mix and enjoy a really healthy smoothie!

This was my breakfast recommendations for you... Try them or do as I do and experiment with your own flavours...
