The day has soon come to an end. It has been a good Saturday.
I've been a bit better with the food today. I remembered to eat lunch today.
I ate 1 avocado, 1 egg, feta cheese, green olives and a bit of carrot pieces for lunch.
I tried something different for dinner today. Grated cabbage. I've read that it's a good substitute for rice.
I ate it with fried chicken, olives, carrots, feta cheese and cucumber pieces for dinner.
It was good!
Just don't forget to salt the cabbage before you eat...
I've been to the gym today too, but I'll tell you about that in a later post ...
