Something new for breakfast!

Today I tried something new for breakfast. As usual, I had my chiapudding with blueberries, sunflower and pumpkin seeds. Water with cucumber and 3 slices of smoked ham.

The new thing was the coffee! 😀 Normally, I drink my coffee with milk, but not today. Today I made an egg latte instead. Surprisingly good and easy to do.
You just brew your coffee as usual, pour it up in a larger jug, mix in 1 egg and a little coconut oil. Whisk it together and pour it into your favorite mug. Sprinkle on some cinnamon and boom you have a good cup of coffee that blurs my morning grumpiness off. 😂
Another thing that is good with egg latte is that you get full quickly. Two tablespoons of chiapudding was enough for me today.
