Quick lunch!

I made something quick and easy for lunch today. It might not be the best breakfast I've made, but it was still good and as I said easy to make.

I ate two gluten free crispbreads and cooked two eggs that I mashed and put on the crispbreads.
I sprinkled a little parsley over it as decoration. I also ate some fresh apricots as a supplement.
