I have to get better at meal prep!
It's easy to do food boxes so you can eat good and healthy food all week. Sometimes it gets stressful before work and you haven't planned anything to eat. It usually ends up with eating something less healthy and good. But if you have pre made food boxes in the fridge or freezer, it will not end up like that anymore.

Today, it was a recipe I received from a neighbor. She did this to her and I liked it.
You need:
Minced chicken
zuchini
wok vegetables
low fat cream
creme fraiche
cheese
ketchup
salt and pepper
paprika powder

Fry the chicken ferment, season with salt, pepper and pepper powder.
slice zuchini and lay on the bottom of a greased gratin dish. Pour over the fried minced chicken.
Add another layer of suchini. Salt and pepper.
Mix cheese, sour cream and low fat cream and ketchup in a bowl. Pour it over the zucchini and set the gratin dish in the middle of the oven at 200 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes.
Wok the vegetables with some olive oil. 

Put up in 5 cans.

Done!
