Leg day on the schedule!

Then it was time for the gym. The treadmill and exercise bike and the rowing machine and I have had our date now!  😂  My legs are aching and it burns. That's a good thing! I was feeling naseus today, but I went there anyway out of pure will.

The legs were on the trainingschedule today and tomorrow I'll train my stomach and back.

I'm sitting on my porch on the front and enjoy the last bit of sun. It is still 22 degrees Celsius.

I ate some fat free cottage cheese with raspberry and cinnamon. I forgot to take a picture.  😀
Now it's time for a shower. 😀
