Good morning!
Finally Friday! I've really been looking forward for this day! The only day of the week I'm free from work.
I had intended to clean and wash clothes but I have changed my plans. This will be a lazy day in the sun instead.
But first, I had a meeting with the boss.
I was very tired today when I woke up, but thanks to coffee and a nice shower, I woke up.
Unfortunately, the nausea hasn't disappeared yet so it was a challenge to eat breakfast.
It took me about 30 minutes to eat both chiapudding, an egg and drink more coffee.
I thought about writing down my recipe for chia pudding here as I previously promised:
2 servings
3 tablespoons with chiaseeds
2dl of any milk, I use coconut drink.
Mix it in a bowl and leave it in room temperature for about 15 minutes until it has thickened. Cover it and put it in the refrigerator overnight.
Take it out the next day and stir the pudding, put up a proper portion and eat with berries or fruit.
See you later .. this girl will now go out in the sun again!
