The sun is shining today as well, but the day didn't really start as I wanted it to as I had to eat my breakfast in a rush before I went to the hospital.
I made myself a smoothie that is both healthy and good. You can find the recipe below!
Green Breakfast Smoothie:
2 dl spinach
1 tablespoon parsley
3 dl coconut milk
A little cold water depending on how thick you want it.
Mix and drink!
