Back on track!

Healthy food

Good morning!
I'm feeling better today than I did yesterday. I will try to enjoy Wednesday and Thursday because on Friday, it's time to get to work again.
The sun is shining and it's already hot. The weather mab has promised about 28-30 degrees celsius. The sky is blue without a single cloud.

The breakfast was excellent. Chiapudding with blueberries and mangoes. I drank a big glass of water and a cup of coffee, I also ate an egg as usual. I still feel nauseous, but I managed to eat it anyway.

So what are your plans for today? I plan on doing as little as possible before I go to the gym. 😃 But those who know me also know that I never stick to that plan. I always want something to do, or I'll go crazy. 😂 See you later everyone!
