Back at the gym!

Today I finally got to go to my beloved gym again and it was wonderful. My body needed a really hard workout at the machines. My legs, stomach and cardio were on schedule today.

My breakfast consisted of a smoothie with strawberries, banana, natural yoghurt, chia seeds, cinnamon and water.
To that I ate an egg and drank coffee and water. I forgot the lunch because I simply fell asleep.
I made myself a shake with vanilla flavor when I woke up.
I made spaghetti Bolognese for the boys for dinner today while I had a green smoothie for dinner.
It consisted of: 
2 carrots
1 avocado
1 dl spinach
1 teaspoon of ginger
1 celery stalk
And finally a little mint leaf, cinnamon and water.
It was good and satisfying.
After that I went to the gym as I mentioned before.

After the gym I ate a bowl with natural yoghurt with pomegranate kernels and raspberries. I also ate a bowl with carrots and chopped cucumber too.

It's Saturday tomorrow and that means it's weekend. Finally. 😀 See you!
