As usual, I went to the gym. I focused on thighs, back and abdominal exercises.
I also spent some time at the rowing machine and 30 minutes on the treadmill.
I was the only girl at the gym (as usual on fridays), but that doesn't bother me at all. I just plug in my headphones and play my favorite songs.
My favorite songs at the moment are "Zombie" with Bad Wolves and "The Sounds of Silence" with Disturbed. I play these two songs on repeat at the gym. They make me feel both focused and relaxed.
After the workout I always feel like a queen.. Spirited and strong. I'll return to the gym tomorrow of course. I will focus on my shoulders according to my training schedule.
I'm not looking to get pumped up but I do want to get stronger.
Just keep going at it!
