A crazy and challenging day!

Nothing has gone as I planned today.. It feels like I'm getting slightly crazy 😜 and the day is not over yet!
I get really nervous over some things, it's usually about things that I can't do anything about or can't control.

Because of some of these things, there is no way to get to the gym today. I'll have to train a little harder tomorrow.

I also improvised my dinner today.
Tired as I am after a long and challenging day, I ended up with cold cut ribs, bean salad, feta cheese, green and black olives and some mini tomatoes.
Pretty ok, good and satisfying.
