A calm day!

Hello again!
I have been very tired all day and I've felt low too .. life is not always that easy.

Because of this I had a little hard time getting lunch. I ended up making a shake with taste of caramel and banana. It's nothing I would recommend to eat all the time. This is at least better than nothing when you don't have much appetite.

I grilled pork chops and corn for dinner today. I served it with bean salad and artichoke hearts, vegetable salad with tomatoes and cucumber and some fat cheese.

It's time for work shift 4/6 tomorrow. I'll be back in the gym tomorrow too. I had a much needed break today.
