Yogurt porridge bowl

VEGAN, IBS-FRIENDLY.
Ingredients
125 g yogurt of your choice
1/2 cup rolled oats
1 cup water
15 grams of walnuts
1/2 apple
1 tsp honey or agave syrup

Spices
1 tbsp cinnamon

Instructions
1. Place the oats and water in a pot.

2. Let it simmer for 5 to 6 minutes, stir it as often as possible to make it smooth.

3. Pour yoghurt into a bowl and add the porridge.

4. Top the porridge with cinnamon, apple, walnuts and sweetener.
