Mid term presentation. I need to reflect and explain the solution I present that combines circular and experience economy. Also Im really interested in crowdfunding. Do people want to be a part of an urban community? A tribe? The food market Paradiset in Stockholm just raised 21 million Skr for developing the concept.

When I started this assignment I was trying to do the same thing I do in my day to day work, but with a little twist. I was looking at logistics and ended up with "on demand" and solutions for building ques. I got stuck and decided to do it the Rosenwald way. Just do and see what happens. Passion happened..
For the presentation on the 15:th I´m putting together a mood board presenting a vertical logistic solution where vegetables are moving up and down from the basement and the roof top out to the venue.

But the most profitable way to solve the logistics is to move the people to the vegetables and create and design prepaid experiences.

Just do and see what happens.

I studied Food and experiences in 2016 and I wrote in my first assignment about experience and economy.

" Gilbert & Pine(2011) and Mossberg(2015) describe our experience as a transaction that's not about goods and services but self-realisation and identity. The experience economy creates the economic growth of our time and new jobs are created. But in return it also requires more individualism and knowledge from those who deliver the experience".

For example: The assignment was an analysis of a meal experience and I went to Falkenberg and Lisa Lemkes restaurant Prosten.
I called it "An extraordinary experience of a pizza".  I travelled 60 km and payed quite a bit more than a ordinary pizza. But it was a good match with my preferences. And yes, I also baked it myself.

Grow Gbg is a digital platform for farming enthusiasts.
This week I participated in a workshop to co-create the digital services. I could see that we had identified the same opportunities and difficulties.
Also Kajodlingen gave a lecture about their company by the sea. 600 sqm is enough to support two persons. What´s the key to get people active? I Think that this workshop to co-create is a brilliant way to get ambassadors.

Today I learned that 40% of all food produced becomes waste. Through all distribution channels food is thrown away due to appearance or handling. Perfectly eatable food. The roof top farm and the vertical garden would take away almost all distribution. From plant to plate.

Pics from Asperö and a day with Värt, cooking and learning about food waste.

A weekend with permaculture, aqua/ hydraponics and food waste. Have never felt so secure that this is the right path to chose for the future. There are so many arguments supporting urban gardening! I will use Swefair/ Gothia Towers as a prototype for my project. The buildning has over 20 000 sqm flat roof. The basement is filled with offices, works and storages, but also endless basement corridors. In the middle we have the hungry visitors.

After a tutor meeting with Carl-Johan I realized that my subject/project was to wide. I decided to choose one part; logistics. I was a bit surprised my self😁. And at the same time my previous classes in Sensory, Food & Experience, Tourism & Experience, Grow for self sufficient, Foodmaker and Food waste was screaming for attention to be a part of the project. After our lunch experience in the elevatior on the class 25:th of October I started to think vertical from the roof to the basement. Is it really neccessary to bring everything in from the outside? Could we actually 'create' food and an experience at the same time?

I have been travelling to Skåne for almost a year to learn how to grow for self sufficiency. Learned a lot about which vegetables to grow in our climate and how to do it. We were also looking in to economics and sqare meters needed to be self sufficient. During the year we became a tight group and the experience will last for a long time.🌱
Can the expericence economy and a circurlar economy be combined?

I presented my idea about an event restaurang concept, based on FAMM- five aspects meal model. The Room, Meeting, Product, Atmosphere and the Management Control system that together creates the food experience. I had a spy (Alice) on the Book Fair giving me valuable information from the customers point of view. Even tough the project was supposed to be applicable to any event I have a priceless source at work. Off work I do some farming and now it was time for harvest.
Can you nudge people to be interested in sustainability?
