Brighton Asylum is known as the state’s scariest haunted house destination that has featured on The Today Show, Cake Boss, Buzzfeed, and was also visited by actor James Franco! They use special effects, huge moving sets that interact with you, and actor-driven animatronics that try to devour you along with frightening you!

Moreover, this horror and special effects take place in a 4,000 square foot complex that was a mental asylum back in the 1940’s! This place is located at 2 Brighton Ave, Passaic, New Jersey.

The 13th House Haunted House

This place is rated as the most immersive and original escape rooms in the country! The 13th House Haunted House has located 105 West Dewey Ave, Wharton, NJ which offers different types of escape rooms that uses live actors to make it more creepy!

Jefferson Township Haunted House

It is a Halloween event that was run by an annual community that began in 1988 and is held in Lake Hopatcong in New Jersey. This is actually the new version of the Jefferson Township Haunted House because the old one got destroyed by fire in the Spring of 1909.

The new Jefferson Township Haunted House is open for two full nights. You can also visit their scary rooms that are haunted by ghosts, ghouls, serial killers, random creatures, and things that go bump in the night while the spirits still roaming the outside grounds.
