Hello! So um yeah, I did that whole gluten free thing last week. I can say I really didn't notice any difference. Though I had one reader that said that maybe I should give it a month instead of just a week. Nah, I don't think so. I mean I am not gluten intolerant so going gluten free is just plain stupid. If I would go gluten free I would actually become gluten intolerant.
This is the thing with all these health crazes where you are suppossed to quite gluten, or lactose or whatever the s**t, your body will actually become allergic to it. So it's so unneccesery to do it unless you are actually allergic.

So was there any positive effects from going gluten free for a week? I ate less bread. If that is suppossed to be counted as something positive. I wouldn't say that that's positive because I love bread. Gluten free bread is so expensive and don't get me started on that gluten free fluor. I had a friend who didn't eat gluten (though he wasn't gluten intolerant) who always told me that it wasn't healthy to eat a lot bread. Hahaha, so I guess maybe he would have called this positive.
