Breakfast is my absolute favorite meal during the day. For me it really determines how the rest of my day is going to be.
If I eat a crappy breakfast, that's basically how I'm going to feel for the rest of the day.

With a good breakfast in my system, everything is possible in my opinion!

Today I'm going outside, 'hiking' in the woods with a good friend of mine, so cozy!
