Idag är det Annas tur. Hon berättar om sin vardag och genom detta inlägget tror jag verkligen du kommer förstå hur viktigt aktiviteter kopplat till skolan är men också vilken välsignelse det är.
Hi my name is Anna, and I go to the high school with Ema! I’m so happy that I got to meet Ema this year because she is such a kind and amazing person! I first met Ema when we were both on the makeup committee together for drama. I had so much fun working with her and coming up with makeup ideas! Ema is special compared tot he rest of our foreign exchange students because she is so outgoing and was very easy to quickly become friends with!
My favorite hobby at our school is running on the cross country team. It is smooch fun being able to work together with my teammates! To prepare before our cross country meets we usually have a easy practice the day before a competition so that out legs are rested and so that we will be ready to compete the next day. We also always have a spaghetti supper the day before a meet. Out spaghetti suppers usually includes spaghetti, bread sticks, fruit, oreo fluff, and more. My favorite part of cross country is definitely the spaghetti suppers because they always have so much good food at them!
I have been in cross country since seventh grade, and I decided to join because all my older siblings did this sport. I think running is fun because you get to push yourself and set new goals for yourself every competition. Cross country meets are fun because there is always people there cheering you on as you run and you get to try to run you but time every meet.
Another of my favorite hobbies is being in band. I play the clarinet., and I have been in band since the fifth grade. My favorite part of band is marching band season because I think it is so fun to compete with other schools at marching competitions! My favorite song that we played this year was the Pink Panther. I liked this song because we got to play cool rhythms in the song.
